METINTEC, LLC was founded in 2013 in order to recycle metalworking and metallurgy wastes. During 2013-2014 we conducted all required works for production organization: selection of a production site, acquisition of fixed assets, commissioning and licensing works.
Due to the use of innovative technologies in activity the company made a quick entry into the iron-containing waste recycling market during 2014–2015 and was able to achieve steadily growing sales volumes.
METINTEC, LLC conducts research on the secondary raw materials recycling process, studies the advanced achievements of leading companies in Europe and USA.
In 2014, in cooperation with scientists from UVR-FIA GmbH (Germany) and Voronezh State University, we developed and implemented unique technological solutions, which allowed us increase the efficiency of metal scrap processing and improved the quality of products.
The company has a set of equipment that has no analogues in Russia. Production includes weighing, sorting and processing lines. In 2016, we purchased additional equipment for the processing of secondary raw materials, this allowed us to increase the production capacity up to 5,000 tons of 6A briquettes per month.
METINTEC, LLC is use German, Austrian and Russian equipment. Manufactured products fully comply with all regulatory industry requirements and state standards of this type of raw materials. Briquetted shavings is used as raw material for steelmaking factories. The use of iron briquettes allows to repeatedly reduce the metal waste during smelting and minimizes the formation of slag.
During implementation of the enterprise logistic process developing we purchased new trucks with load up to 40 tons.
We can proceed transportation of the scrap and shipping finished products (irons briquettes with 6A type) to partner companies.
In February 2017, our company became the winner of the competitive selection of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Fund for Assistance to the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere" under the program "Commercialization" for a grant on expansion the production of innovative products.
